Loved Racing, Georgia Bulldogs Football and Fishing & Hunting. Predeceased by his Father and Mother, Dock and Lillian Swilley. Survived by his Wife of 18 years Sabrina Swilley. Brothers, Eric Swilley ( Teresa) and Donald Swilley and Wife. Brothers-in-Law, Chris Clark (Amy). Sisters-in Law, Amanda Bailey (Chris). Sisters, Teresa O’Brian (Bill). Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Godson, Branden Mance. Visitation will be held from 2-5 P.M. Saturday March 13, 2021 at Fraser Funeral Home 8168 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida 32221
