Robert D. Bishop, age 64 passed away peacefully on August 11, 2021. Born August 23, 1956 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was the son of the late Grady (Bobby) Bishop, Bonnie Bishop and brother Larry Harris.
He served in the US Navy and National Guard. He worked at Crane & Rigging of Jacksonville Inc., for 45 years. He loved diving, fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Pamela C. Bishop. Sons, Richard E. Miller, Christopher J. (Brena) Bishop, Adam B. (Dawn) Bishop. Grandchildren, Kaley J. (Michael) Rogers, Colton P. Miller, Wyatt G. Bishop, Emery B. Bishop, Azlyn B. Bishop. Great Grandchildren, Mckinley J. Rogers, Jentrey M. Rogers. Brother Jeffrey (Jennifer) Bishop. Sisters, Penny Romero, Sharon Briggs and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements made by Fraser Funeral Home. Services will be held at 12:00pm, Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Cedar Creek Baptist Church, Brother John Montgomery officiating, at 1372 Lane Ave S, Jacksonville, FL 32205. Brief graveside to follow at Riverside Memorial Cemetery, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
Visitation will be held from 6pm-8pm, Friday, August 20, 2021 at Fraser Funeral Home, 8168 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221.

Pam and family so sorry for your loss of Robert and your mother. My prayers are with you and your family. We enjoyed the times we played paintball with y’all.
