It is with great sadness that the family of Ruth Dunn announce her going
home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 3rd, 2022, at the age of 76.
Ruth will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 36 years, Jon Dunn, and
her daughter Kellie White and her son in love Jason White. She was proud
“Nannie” to her grandchildren, Brianna Sanderson and Jason White Jr. along
with their spouses Donnie Sanderson & Brittany White and Great
Granddaughter Elenore White. She was the baby sister to Alice Ginger Brewer
and Cynthia Sefton. She had numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear
friends.
Her greatest gift, though, was in her discipleship and the many friends and
family who came to know Jesus through knowing Ruth. Her family will miss
her big presence in their lives but rejoice knowing she is in peace and resting
as the good and faithful servant, she was. Those who know her know one of her
many ways of ministry were to leave Chick Gospel Tracks everywhere she went.
Ruth was a friend to everyone. Always the light in the room. She had a
contagious laugh and was always giving and never wanted anything in return.
