I am so sorry to hear of George’s passing. He was a wonderful person to know and work with. We made many unforgettable trips west together on those long and never ending rails. Now he has been called to again to travel those rails. Have a safe and eventless trip. Rest in peace my brother railroader. George Collier, retired SAL/CSX locomotive engineer.

Jerry and Chuck, I always enjoyed catching up with your dad every year at Christmas time. He was so sweet to always think of us by sending the fruit and to keep in touch with Mom all through the years. I’m sure they’re having a ball catching up and that Aunt Alma and Aunt Dony are giving him an ear full! One of my favorite sayings is “ to live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die”. George will always be in your heart.
