Brenda Akins, 73, went home to be with the Lord on July 21st, 2023. She was a beloved wife, a cherished mother, and a loving grandmother. Brenda served as the Trinity Christian Academy elementary secretary for 37 years. Whether home or traveling, she loved spending time with her family. Brenda touched the lives of many through her generosity, kindness, and compassion. Her memory will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, but mostly with her best friend and husband of 54 years. She is survived by her husband Mike, daughter Karen, daughter Bethany, Bethany’s husband Mike and their children, Eli, Audrey and Asher. The funeral service will be at Trinity Baptist Church on July 25th.
