Ethel Estelle Brugh – Transitioned from her earthly home and passed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 21, 2020. Ethel was born on August 24, 1928, she was a homemaker who loved her Lord and Savior, cherished both her natural family and church family. She enjoyed trips to the mountains and crafting.
She was reunited with her loving husband of 63 years, Cary Houston Brugh. She is also predeceased by parents J. Ralph Higginbotham, Sadie Johnson Horn, brother John R Higginbotham Jr. and son John B Brugh. She is survived by children Barbara (Richard) Nickens, Ronald (Rheba) Brugh, Larry (Teresa) Brugh, Lillie Brugh-Irizarry (Manuel) Irizarry, and Karen Brugh Perry, 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren and one on the way. Second dad, Sam Horn, brother Robert Horn and sister Ronda Gatz Ellis.
A viewing will be held Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Otis Road Church of God at 10:00 AM, and a funeral service will follow at 10:00 AM.
