Johna Lynn Figge-Porter was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 18, 1968 to parents John Harold and Leola Porter-Christman then later adopted, loved and raised by Thomas and Lois Hodges.
She peacefully went home to be with her parents, sister and brother on December 16, 2022.
She was a proud, dedicated, beloved and cherished Mom, Nanna, sister, wife, friend and so much more.
She had the biggest heart, strongest mind and kindest soul. She was such an amazing woman, strong willed and well accomplished. She dedicated herself to her family, loved ones and her work place of 18 years.
Johna graduated from W.C. Dickerson in Jersey City. She was only 54 when she was called home but in that short time, she touched so many lives and hearts and now she will forever be carried in our hearts, until we meet again.
Surviving relatives and loved ones who will forever miss her are her grandsons, Jacob, Jeremiah, Tyler and Kaleb Christmas, granddaughters, Kali and Gennevie Wright, daughters Tabitha and Constance, son, Perry, son in law, Joshua, husband Ron J., friend, Stephen, sister, Jeanine, brother, Bobby and many other family members and loved ones.
