Kayla Alexandria Tiencken, a lifelong resident of Jacksonville passed away unexpectedly on November 16, 2021 at the age of 29. She was a graduate of Edward H White, class of 2010. Survivors include her fiancé, Adam; grandparents, James Sr, Ann, and Tom; her daughter, Adalynne; son, A’dan; brother, Alexander; mother-in-law, Cynthia; and multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Emerald; mother, Kristy; father-in-law, Adam, Sr.; grandmother, Betty; aunts, Vickey, Trudy, and Cindy; uncle, Maurice; and cousin, Hannah.

Kayla lived a life full of light and love. From a young age, she was always active. From gymnastics to cheerleading and soccer, she was always on the go. When she was 14, Kayla suddenly became paralyzed, but she never let that stop her from living. She went on to become an amazing mom, doing anything for her children. With her mom, she and her kids became Disney fanatics. Over the years, they made so many priceless memories at the Disney parks.

Anyone who had the privilege to know and love Kayla will forever feel her loss. She is surely wheelchair free, running around heaven, and spending time with those who got there before her.
