I only knew this man for a short while. He was a man of pride and integrity. He gave his all the entire time. This made me have the upmost respect for him.
I knew he was special when he came into my office with the same fishing hook on his hat that I have. I teased him all the time about it and always asked him what he caught that week. He gently reminded me that he has caught a lot fish.
I didn’t know much about him but I could see the love between Mr. and Mrs. Laughlin when they came to office.
He will be missed especially by me

I am saddened to hear of Phillip’s passing. We sort of grew up together… from first grade to our high school graduation in 1969. He was a friend in our family and I will always remember him fondly. Praying our Heavenly Father’s peace and comfort for his family and friends during this difficult time.
