Timothy Adam King (Tim) went home to be with the Lord at the age of 41 on January 13,2023. Tim was born on October 19, 1981 in Jacksonville, Florida.

Tim was predeceased by his mother, Vicki L. King. He is survived by his wife, Amanda and sons, Brodie (16) and Kade (11), his father, David King, step-mother, Darlene, his brother Chris King and sister-in-law, Lisa. Tim is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.

Tim graduated from Ed White High School in Jacksonville, Florida. He also attended Florida Community College at Jacksonville. Tim loved the boy scouts and obtained the rank of Eagle Scout.

Tim was a master of many trades. He worked as a pest exterminator, mechanic, in communications and as an electrician His passion was working with his hands. He truly enjoyed his last career working as an electrician for Colonial Electricians in Jacksonville.

He was a true American.

Tim’s focus in life was his family. He loved to spend time with them and preparing many favorite meals. He enjoyed volunteering at his son’s schools, helping in many events.

There will be a memorial service for Tim at Normandy Park Baptist Church on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM

I know Tim as a wonderful, loving, family man. He loved Amanda and the boys so much, his pride showed always. Tim is missed and will be missed by all who knew him. Such a gracious, honorable man. I am so sadden to learn of Tim’s passing.I know there are no words that can ease your broken heart.. Ive witnessed him growing from a little boy to a fine young man who truly loved his family.I shall keep you, “Amanda,Brody,Kade,David and entire King family ” in prayer that God will provide you comfort and peace.
