Wylie Howard Sapp and his wife and three daughters were the most enjoyable next door neighbors I remember having while staioned at NAS Cecil Field. The whole family was welcoming, friendly, helpful and fun to be with. I know he will be missed.

We met the first time when Bob Merriman and I were first married and I came to Jacksonville on a train and you and Bob picked me up at the train station. The friendship has lasted many many years! You and Evelyn were the only true friends Bob Had . Even when he could no longer know who any of us were you visited him regularly. You will be missed by many.
